Yes, I actually passed an unmarked state patrol car on the wrong side of the road while speeding

As for why he didn’t pull me over? I dunno if he had better things to do, gave me a break because I was very safe & courteous with how I did the pass, or what. And yes, I’m sure it was a cop. What you can’t see in the video is the “IOWA - OFFICIAL” license plates, light bar on the rear parcel shelf, little trunk antennas, and cop car partition between the front and rear seats.

he was either headed home or someone who’s job isn’t patrolling. Sometimes I think they just don’t need the extra hassle. I f he did pull you over he would have probably just given you a verbal warning.

When I had my Rampage it had a cherry bomb for a muffler. One night a car started to pass me so I opened it up...loud. Realized who was next to me before the little 2.2 showed effort in all that noise so I let off.

When I had the Bird SC I was rolling 90 on a freeway with few cars on the road late at night. There was a guy tailing me in a truck, next time I looked it was not him... so I started slowing gradually ready to ease over a lane w hen he flashed his lights, I moved over and he rolled on by.

Did you pass in a no passing zone, with double yellows? No? Good.

Did you sustain your speed over the limit after the pass? No? Good.

Did you indicate your pass prior to making it? Yes? Good.

Did you flip the bird at him during the pass? No? Good.

Unless it's a power-tripping cop, you're fine.
